This week I’ve been thinking a lot about plans and dreams that have gotten delayed, and the resulting stress that accompanies that situation. It has reminded me that I can’t control other people, or outside forces. I can only control what I do, how I react to things, and how I proceed from here.
So there’s your food for thought this week – how can you let go of something that has been causing you stress? How can you acknowledge the things you cannot control and accept life as it comes? How can you take charge of the things that ARE under your control, and move forward from there with more serenity?
