Happy Wednesday, everyone! I can’t wait to see your creative projects!

This week I’m sharing a project that has been a long time in the making. I have been wanting a messenger-style bag for years now, because when I go out places with the whole family (like the zoo, the fair or the park) it’s nice to have a bag I can wear cross-body style, to keep both of my hands and arms free. So I finally made one! I used a bright, cheery yellow duck cloth for the outer part of the bag, and a panel of some gorgeous fabric my best friend sent me as an accent on the flap. I didn’t bother to include any pockets because I separate my bag contents using zipper pouches, so this project was pretty easy to make!
