Hello, and welcome to #MakersWednesday!
I finished a sweater, hooray!!! I really love it, too, which is a definite bonus.
I started this sweater in November but had to put it aside for most of December in order to finish holiday gifts. So after Christmas was over I picked it back up and tried to work on it mostly exclusively in order to finish. I’m so glad I did, because our temperatures here in the South hit single digits this week, and I had a wool sweater to keep me warm!
The sweater is a modified version of the Serra pattern. I shortened the length to make it my preferred cardigan length, made the collar less wide and lengthened the sleeves. I dyed the yarn myself and it’s 100% Merino Wool that’s grown right here in the US, and it’s dreamy soft!
